JOLANTA CHORZEWSKA-MINNICK

Ms. Minnick helps to develop and coordinate all in-country work in Eastern Europe and the former USSR by Wayne Minnick and Associates, LLC. She performs the functions of market analyst, business development specialist, travel coordinator, and interpreter for business meetings. She is conversant with the European Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) and the European Regional Plan of ICAO. Moreover, she is very knowledgeable of the aviation market throughout the regions.

Prior to marriage to Mr. Minnick, Ms. Chorzewska worked as Assistant General Inspector of Civil Aviation for Poland for over ten years. The General Inspector of Civil Aviation reported directly to the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy. The Office of the General Inspectorate of Civil Aviation (GILC) was responsible for the regulation, administration, and safety of civil aviation for the Republic of Poland and consisted of 150 personnel. The GILC is now known as the Civil Aviation Office of Poland.

Ms. Chorzewska has had the opportunity from 1991 through 1996 to work closely with several American teams of aviation professionals in preparing a Civil Aviation Master Plan and Investment Program for Poland, a Financial Feasibility Study for the Polish Airports State Enterprise, and numerous other policy and management documents resulting from the work of a Technical Advisory Team. She was highly praised and commended by these groups for her technical knowledge, ability to communicate, and assistance in gathering data. She worked in the U.S. on two separate occasions, making a major contribution to the final preparation of the documents.

With LOT Polish Airlines, which is one of the world's oldest established airlines, Ms. Chorzewska served as a stewardess for a short period of time before becoming the Deputy Manager of the Stewardess Department. As Deputy Manager reporting directly to the Director of Flight Personnel, Ms. Chorzewska was basically in charge of all stewardesses and responsible for ensuring their qualification, arranging training, scheduling, and promotion. In this capacity, Ms. Chorzewska gained a reputation for decisiveness and tact. She demonstrated the ability to clearly define problems, determine the best solution, and execute corrective action.

Ms. Chorzewska was a licensed steward with Polish Ocean Lines (PLO) and Polish Steamship Company (PZM) which operated in the Baltic Sea transporting people and cargo between ports in Poland and Scandinavia.
