CURRICULUM PLANNING FOR RADAR ATC TRAINING, INSTRUCTOR TRAINING, AND ADVANCED TRAINING FOR POLISH AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS

WMA assisted a major American university with the development of special curricula to support the training of Polish controllers in Radar ATC and in Advanced ATC for currently qualified controllers. The planning also encompassed a special curriculum for Instructor Training of selected Polish controllers. Unfortunately, lack of funds has prevented the training from taking place.
