Welcome to the Wayne Minnick & Associates, LLC home page. W M
Associates, or WMA for short, is a group of professionals who
have extensive backgrounds in Aviation and Management. We cover
virtually all aspects of the aviation ground support system.
We are not pilots or airline professionals, although some of our
Associates have pilot licenses. We mainly support Air Traffic
Control, Airports, Systems, Training, Marketing, and Management.
You will find, however, that the Associates have many other
skills that may be used to support you.
WMA was founded in 1989, by H. Wayne Minnick at Lake of the
Ozarks where the headquarters office is still located. Since
"The Lake" is better known for boating, fishing, and vacations
than aviation, most of our contracts require extensive travel.
There are very few countries that have not been visited by our
Associates at one time or another!
